In November 2024, the SUFABU team gathered in sunny Nicosia, Cyprus, hosted by our partner Omnia.

Partners focused on transforming real stories of family businesses into case studies that will serve as a foundation for new training materials and practical tools for SMEs. Through a creative workshop, they explored how these stories can highlight both challenges and solutions, making the learning experience more relevant and inspiring for others. The meeting also looked ahead to the development of microlearning videos designed to present knowledge in a simple, engaging way that is easy to put into practice.

The discussions in Nicosia brought fresh ideas, strengthened collaboration, and gave partners a renewed drive to support family businesses in embracing the green transition.
