In April 2026, the SUFABU partners gathered in Granada, Spain, hosted by our partner ONP, for the 6th transnational project meeting.
With the project entering its final phase, the meeting was all about bringing everything together. Partners reviewed the latest status of the training modules — practical, hands-on learning materials designed to help family businesses and SMEs embrace the green transition in a way that also makes economic sense. The modules are now being translated into all partner languages and will soon be available on the SUFABU learning platform.
A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to the learning platform itself. Partners explored the self-assessment tool, which will allow entrepreneurs to reflect on their current sustainability practices and identify areas for growth. Pilot testing is underway, and the platform is getting closer to its public launch.
Looking ahead, partners also started shaping the agenda for the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA), planned for autumn 2026 in Florence, Italy — an exciting next step in bringing the project’s outcomes to life.
Granada was a productive and energising meeting, reminding us all why this project matters: green transition is not just about the environment — it’s a real opportunity for family businesses to grow, innovate, and thrive.
