Verksamheten etablerades ursprungligen i Madridregionen och utvidgades snabbt till Valenciaregionen 1991 med det ambiti\u00f6sa projektet Residencia Mond\u00faber. Under \u00e5rens lopp har Grupo El Castillo vuxit b\u00e5de geografiskt och i sitt tj\u00e4nsteutbud, och har etablerat sig som en av de ledande organisationerna inom social- och h\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdssektorn i Spanien.  <\/p>\n\n<p>F\u00f6retaget \u00e4r \u00e4ven verksamt inom fastighetssektorn, d\u00e4r det \u00e4r engagerat i byggprojekt, fastighetsuthyrning och turism. Fastighetsportf\u00f6ljen omfattar tv\u00e5 hotell, en resebyr\u00e5 och studentbost\u00e4der, inklusive flera hyresfastigheter f\u00f6r studenter samt ett universitetsboende. Bolaget erbjuder dessutom en rad tj\u00e4nster s\u00e5som st\u00e4dning, tv\u00e4tt och f\u00f6retagstj\u00e4nster.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Organisationen har ocks\u00e5 en stark n\u00e4rvaro inom livsmedelssektorn genom odling av gr\u00f6dor som pistagen\u00f6tter, mandlar, vattenmelon, pumpa och l\u00f6k i b\u00e5de Spanien och Senegal.
