Grundarens barn fick tidigt ett entrepren\u00f6riellt t\u00e4nkande, eftersom aff\u00e4rsfr\u00e5gor ofta diskuterades hemma. N\u00e4r s\u00f6nerna tog \u00f6ver f\u00f6retaget underl\u00e4ttades generationsskiftet av att de redan var v\u00e4lbekanta med de anst\u00e4llda. Denna f\u00f6rtrogenhet bidrog till att deras beslut accepterades snabbare \u00e4n vad som sannolikt skulle ha skett med en extern chef.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den nya ledningen ans\u00e5g det viktigt att beh\u00e5lla ett &#8221;utifr\u00e5nperspektiv&#8221; under \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen, att inte ta f\u00f6r givet att allt skulle forts\u00e4tta som tidigare. De betonade att den \u00e4ldre generationen beh\u00f6vde acceptera eftertr\u00e4darnas beslut, \u00e4ven n\u00e4r dessa skilde sig fr\u00e5n deras egna, vilket oundvikligen ledde till viss sp\u00e4nning och utmaningar inom familjen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nyckeln till den lyckade \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen var de r\u00e5dgivare som konsulterades, s\u00e4rskilt notarien, som spelade en central roll genom att bidra med v\u00e4rdefulla id\u00e9er och st\u00e4lla r\u00e4tt fr\u00e5gor. D\u00e4remot var de n\u00e5got besvikna p\u00e5 sin skatter\u00e5dgivare, som visade sig sakna tillr\u00e4cklig kunskap om de komplexa fr\u00e5gor som ett f\u00f6retags\u00f6vertagande kan inneb\u00e4ra. En annan viktig utmaning familjen st\u00e4lldes inf\u00f6r var att hantera relationerna mellan syskonen, s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r inte alla var direkt involverade i verksamheten. Efter noggrant \u00f6verv\u00e4gande och med goda r\u00e5d valde de att genomf\u00f6ra ett tidigt arv, vilket bidrog till att tydligg\u00f6ra roller och ansvar.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innan de b\u00e5da br\u00f6derna officiellt tog \u00f6ver f\u00f6retaget skaffade de sig v\u00e4rdefull erfarenhet fr\u00e5n andra f\u00f6retag och branscher. Den ene arbetade p\u00e5 Daimler och vid universitetet i Rostock, medan den andre b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 en stor n\u00e4toperat\u00f6r. Dessa erfarenheter gjorde det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r dem att hitta sin egen v\u00e4g n\u00e4r de s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom tog \u00f6ver ledarskapet i familjef\u00f6retaget. \u00d6vertagandeprocessen inleddes 2016.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c5r 2018 omvandlades f\u00f6retaget fr\u00e5n en enskild firma till ett GmbH (aktiebolag), och \u00e5r 2020 hade br\u00f6derna slutf\u00f6rt den formella successionen. Under denna period drog sig deras far gradvis tillbaka fr\u00e5n den dagliga verksamheten, \u00e4ven om han fortsatte att ge tillf\u00e4lligt st\u00f6d. Under det nya ledarskapet genomgick f\u00f6retaget betydande f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, s\u00e4rskilt i sin kommunikationskultur. Veckovisa m\u00f6ten med nyckelpersoner inf\u00f6rdes f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka delaktigheten i beslutsfattandet.
