Spole\u010dnost byla p\u016fvodn\u011b zalo\u017eena v Madridu, ale v roce 1991 rychle roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila svou p\u016fsobnost do Valencie, kde realizovala ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed projekt Residencia Mond\u00faber. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu let se spole\u010dnost Grupo El Castillo roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila jak geograficky, tak co do rozmanitosti nab\u00eddky slu\u017eeb a etablovala se jako jedna z p\u0159edn\u00edch organizac\u00ed v oblasti soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de ve \u0160pan\u011blsku.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Spole\u010dnost p\u016fsob\u00ed tak\u00e9 v oblasti nemovitost\u00ed, kde se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 stavebn\u00edmi projekty, pron\u00e1jmem nemovitost\u00ed a cestovn\u00edm ruchem. Do jej\u00edho portfolia nemovitost\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed dva hotely, cestovn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159 a studentsk\u00e9 ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b \u0159ady n\u00e1jemn\u00edch nemovitost\u00ed pro studenty a univerzitn\u00ed koleje.
